EOBI ATM Card Activation

The EOBI Pensioner(s) upon collection of their Pension book / EOBI pension card from EOBI regional office(s); they are referred to the Bank Alfalah Ltd for opening their BAFL (Bank Alfalah Ltd) Wallet account and getting their ATM card. The following procedure is to be followed for EOBI ATM card activation.
An EOBI pensioner will call the helpline from the registered cell phone number provided by the pensioner during the account opening.
On the call, the pensioner will provide his KYC (Know your customer) details and get his card to activate.
After activation, on the same call, the pensioner will have to generate a four-digit ATM pin code using the dial pad on the phone.
In case of failed verification, the pensioner will be referred to a branch to get his card activated. In case of failed verification due to muteness/blindness/deafness illnesses and other old-age factors, the pensioner can approach the branch for aid in card activation and pin generation.
The branch staff will call the call center, activate the card, and generate the ATM Pin code for the pensioners. For activation through the branch, the pensioner has to be present inside the branch premises.
