The Eobi registration card is a proof of registration of individual who is registered through a private company with Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution Pakistan. In Pakistan most of the private limited companies are registered with EOBI; the employees working therein have been issued with the EOBI registration card. The EOBI registration card bears the personal particular like Name, Father name, CNIC number, date of birth, date of registration and address. The employees in possession of the EOBI registration card are contributing their 1 percent share from the monthly salary. but there would be some employees who do not have their eobi registration card or they have lost their card. Therefore, they would have to submit an EOBI card application in order to get their card. The application would be routed through their internal department or an individual can also send the application with the request of his eobi registration with a particular company or factory. The application for the eobi card would be accompanied by the attested copy of CNIC and 1 photo passport size.
